Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By using the services provided by Model Management Recruitment Limited ("MM Recruitment"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions govern the use of MM Recruitment's services, which facilitate the pairing of OnlyFans content creators ("Models") with OnlyFans management agencies ("Agencies"). By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

 

2. Definitions

2.1. "MM Recruitment" refers to Model Management Recruitment Limited, a company that pairs Models with Agencies.

2.2. "Models" refer to individuals who create and upload content on the OnlyFans platform.

2.3. "Agencies" refer to businesses or organizations that provide management and promotional services to Models on the OnlyFans platform.

 

3. Service Description

3.1. MM Recruitment acts as an intermediary that connects Models seeking representation with Agencies looking for new talent. Our services include providing Models with access to a database of Agencies, facilitating communication, and assisting in the introduction of Models to Agencies.

3.2. By using our services, Models acknowledge that MM Recruitment may collect and process their personal information to carry out these matchmaking services.

 

4. Data Sharing

4.1. Models agree that MM Recruitment may share their personal information, including but not limited to name, contact information, OnlyFans profile, images or videos provided and any other relevant details, with Agencies that express interest in their services.

4.2. The sharing of personal information is done with the purpose of connecting Models with Agencies and is solely for the purpose of facilitating this connection.

 

5. Confidentiality

5.1. MM Recruitment is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of Models' personal information. We will not share this information with third parties other than Agencies interested in connecting with the Models.

5.2. Models understand and agree that once their information is shared with an Agency, MM Recruitment has no control over the Agency's use of that information. Models are encouraged to review the Agency's own terms and privacy policies.

 

6. Liability

6.1. MM Recruitment is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or representations made by any Agency introduced to a Model through our services.

6.2. Models are solely responsible for entering into any agreements or arrangements with Agencies and are advised to perform their due diligence before engaging with any Agency.

 

7. Termination

7.1. MM Recruitment reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if we determine, at our discretion, that a Model's use of our services is in violation of these terms and conditions.

 

8. Amendments

8.1. MM Recruitment may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Models are encouraged to review the terms periodically. The date of the last update can be found at the top of this document.
